Notice of Alleged Infringement

Such notices shall contain sufficient identifying information to locate the specific listing in question and shall be transmitted through the designated contact channels.

Upon receipt of a valid notice that complies with the requirements set forth herein, CouponCabana shall expeditiously evaluate the claim and, where appropriate, remove or disable access to the contested material.

Invalid or Fraudulent Coupon Codes

In the event that a course coupon code has been submitted without the authorization of the rights holder, or where such code has been obtained through fraudulent means, the affected party is encouraged to provide notification thereof. CouponCabana undertakes to investigate such claims and to remove listings found to contain unauthorized promotional codes.

Designated Contact for Rights Holders

Formal notices regarding intellectual property matters shall be directed through the Contact Portal with "DMCA/Copyright" indicated as the subject matter. Submissions must include: (i) the specific URL of the contested listing; (ii) a description of the work allegedly infringed; and (iii) sufficient contact information to facilitate correspondence.

CouponCabana shall review all properly submitted notices and provide a response as expeditiously as circumstances permit.
